During the virtual 11th World Biomaterial Congress 2020 hed from the 11th to the 15th December 2020, the PhD student Federica Banche-Niclot illustrated her research activities in the oral contribution entitled “Inorganic and organic-based carriers to vehicle and release growth factors for bone regeneration applications”. During the presentation she described the development of large pore silica-based mesoporous particles and PLGA nanoparticles as potential platforms for the delivery and release of bone growth factors.
