The PhD student Giorgia Montalbano illustrated the ERC BOOST project idea and the results achieved so far at the virtual 11th World Biomaterial Congress 2020 (11-15 December 2020) during her oral contribution “3D printed bioactive composite scaffolds for bone tissue applications”. The presentation highlighted the successful design of high-resolution bioactive 3D printed scaffolds and the currently investigated innovative strategies to improve the structure biomimicry and the final stability of the scaffolds.
