In the frame of the 2021 ESB Congress, Prof. Chiara Vitale-Brovarone presented the research activities focused on the development of carriers suitable for the encapsulation of growth factors and the further incorporation into 3D printed scaffolds during her talk entitled: “Development of a composite Type I Collagen/PLGA_TGF- β1 nanoparticles 3D printed scaffold mimicking the growth factor footprint of human bone tissue”.
